Return & Refund Policy

At MASAFI London, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets our premium quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • • Be Be unused and in its original condition.
  • • Be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • • Be accompanied by the original order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • • Opened or used perfumes and attars
  • • Opened skincare or body care products
  • • Gift cards
  • • Promotional or clearance sale items
  • • Personalized or customized products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Kindly provide:

  • • Your order number
  • • Clear photographs of the product
  • • Images of the packaging (if applicable)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

If you require an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • • The wrong item was delivered.
  • • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • • The return has been approved due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MASAFI London cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the standard return process.
